Minimalist Female Workout Illustrations

I need a clean, black-and-white visual guide that demonstrates 12 body-weight exercises performed by a female athlete. The look I’m after is unmistakably minimalistic—think crisp outlines, no shading or background clutter—so the movements read clearly at a glance.

Every exercise must be shown from the side view and broken into exactly five sequential frames, progressing left-to-right: frame one marks the starting position, while frame five captures the full extension or end range. A push-up, for example, would move from the upright stance through descent to full lockout, each frame perfectly aligned so users can follow the motion step by step.

Please supply:

• 60 high-resolution images (12 exercises × 5 frames) in PNG or SVG, labeled logically (“pushup_1.png”, “pushup_2.png”, etc.).
• A single PDF contact sheet arranging each exercise in order for easy printing.

Artwork must remain vector-friendly—Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or comparable software is fine—as I may scale or recolor later. Consistency in line weight, figure proportions, and spacing across all panels will be part of the acceptance check. Once approved, I’ll release final payment and leave feedback.
