Please create a digital caricature of a single person from the reference photo I will provide. I want the drawing to lean heavily into exaggerated facial features, pushing proportions for a playful, unmistakably stylised result.

Include background elements so the artwork feels complete rather than floating on white space; I want specific elements in the background.
