Hand or Digitally Drawn T-Shirt Illustration Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a single, hand or digitally drawn illustration for the back of a t-shirt based on reference photos I’ll supply. The finished piece can be realistic or more abstract as long as the main elements are recognizable. There will be nine key elements from the references that should have a level of basic accuracy; the background can stay simple so the main imagery stands out.
Ink or full-colour work both suit the brief, so feel free to choose whichever medium best supports a strong composition. What matters most is that the drawing is created entirely by human effort—no AI assistance—then delivered as a clean, print-ready file.
Deliverables
• High-resolution scan or digital file (300 DPI, transparent or solid background ready for screen/DTG printing)
• A quick photo or scan of the original artwork to confirm it was hand-drawn
The photo "new shirt design" is an AI compilation of all the basic elements into a composition that I felt was well balanced, this is more than welcome to be adjusted as necessary. This is meant just as a jumping off point to help visualize an option. There should be the silhouette of a person on the bow with some type of small drone up above their hand. I attached references for the NOAA Ship Gordon Gunter, whale, small boat, buoy, type of fish that could be used for the school (less important). The CTD and bongo should be deployed off the side crane circled with red.
I know this is a lot of elements but they do not each need overwhelming detail, just the main components. If you have additional questions I am more than happy to answer any concerns.
