Generate DXF files based on coordinates and manipulate them slightly

I have measured a mirror wall that contains curves.
I have taken points every 200mm to generate an approximate shape of the mirror, but require the points be made into dxf files for our machinery to correctly cut.
The points require some deductions for mirror tollerances that I will explain. I will explain how we measured and what mirrors we are requird to produce.
