Folding Prayer Card Design

I'm looking for a creative designer to make a folding prayer card for a child.

Requirements:
- 4 prayers, each 4 lines long (I will attach a document with the four prayers)
- One prayer on each page
- A cover page saying "Hugo's prayers"
- Sweet, cartoonish illustrations surrounding the prayers
- Bright color scheme
- Illustrations to include: angels, stars, moon, and sleeping children

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing children's prayer cards
- Strong illustration skills, especially in a cartoonish style
- Proficiency in using bright color schemes
