Fantasy Comic Frame Design

I'm looking for a designer to create image frames for my comic book. I have a fully created short graphic comic idea for wellness books for young children 7-13 years old. I have the images of characters and settings finalised and the script for 3 books roughly 40 pages..I need help with creating the images as i cant do it myself with AI as it was Too frustrating!!! I have 9 book ideas. Attached is the concept for the main character Zac I these for all teh other characters.

Requirements:
- Dynamic and irregular shaped frames
- Fantasy-themed design elements
- Simple and clean border detailing

Ideal skills include:
- Experience in comic book design
- Strong artistic abilities in fantasy themes
- Proficiency in creating non-traditional frame shapes
