Detailed Interior Elevation Renderings - 2D

I work within James Brookman Design and we are looking for a reliable collaborator who can pick up our hand-drawn 2D interior elevations and turn them into polished presentation pieces.

Stage 1
You will receive a scanned elevation, a moodboard, and a folder of material and furniture references. Using AutoCAD and any post-processing tools you prefer, translate the linework into a richly textured illustration that:
• shows accurate material texture, clear shadow depth, and believable lighting/daylight
• carries enough resolution for tight close-ups and print enlargement
• includes any simple styling props needed to complete the scene

I will review each draft in PDF and provide comments; plan for two quick revision passes before sign-off.

Stage 2 (optional, after client feedback)
Some elevations will need to evolve into a simple 3D space so the client can visualise the final scheme. If you are comfortable taking the approved 2D concept forward, let me know—this will be commissioned as an additional task.
