Dead Planet Comic Illustrator

I’m taking my graphic-novel script, Dead Planet, into full production and need a seasoned comic book illustrator who can deliver a dark, cinematic look in a realistic, full-color style. The narrative centers on an elite alien squad exploring a zombie-ridden Earth, so I want the characters—armor, anatomy, expressions—to be the visual anchors that pull the reader into each panel, while the creatures and ruined landscapes heighten the tension around them.

You’ll own every stage of the page: tight pencils, confident inks, atmospheric colors, and clean lettering. All artwork must be 100 % original; AI-generated assets are off the table. A portfolio rich with sci-fi, horror, or creature-design pages is essential so I can gauge how you handle mood, motion, and anatomy.

Deliverables I have in mind:
• Finished character sheets for the core team and key zombies
• A detailed environment spread that sets the overall tone
• Three finished story pages that showcase your page-flow and lettering approach
• Source files layered and print-ready (300 dpi, CMYK)
