Create Sticker By Number Art from Existing Art

I need a designer to take an existing piece of art and turn the main subject into a sticker-by-number image (like paint by number, but with stickers), delineating each piece and numbering them. the piece of art needs to be broken up into at least 150 individual pieces, varying shapes and sizes.

Requirements:
- The image should be a high-quality, detailed animal portrait in a realistic style.
- The final template should be easy to follow for users and challenging enough for adult skill levels.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating paint by number types of templates
- Attention to detail and ability to break up existing images into small pieces

We need a total of 12 pieces done.
