Create DTF Logo Master Files

I already have a finished logo; what’s missing are clean, production-ready masters sized specifically for direct-to-film (DTF) transfers. I need transparent-background PNGs prepared for three print zones on a T-shirt—in both adult and youth sizes front, back, and both sleeves—so I can send them straight to my transfer supplier without any extra setup work on their end. I want to add a white outline to the words partner that isn't to thick and would like it if the font (that I can't seem to separate) was a bit wider, but not too much wider. I'm sure this is a very very simple job for people that are experienced with photoshop.

Please scale each zone appropriately (you can recommend exact dimensions if you’re used to DTF standards) and supply the art in the original full-colour palette. lI only need the original Royal Blue for the word Partners with the white outline and then the black word TAEKWONDO

Deliverables I expect:
• High-resolution PNG masters for the front, back, and sleeve placements, each in the original colours.
• The same three placements in at least two additional colour versions (your creative call—just keep brand consistency).
• All files organised clearly in labelled folders so I can forward them to my printer with zero adjustments needed.
I want to make sure that I order the brightest royal blue color possible.

If you’re comfortable working in Illustrator, Photoshop or similar, that’s perfect; just be sure the exported PNGs maintain crisp edges at full print size and keep the background totally transparent. Once delivered, I’ll drop these straight into the DTF order form.
