Comedy Ink Comic Strips & Cover

Job ID: 40036873

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m launching a light-hearted comic series built around cartoon humans and their ever-present plushie sidekick. The tone is pure comedy, and I’d like each strip to feel like a classic newspaper gag—clean black-line inking, clear panel staging—yet sprinkled with the occasional modern anime flourish (speed lines, expressive eyes, small effects) to keep it fresh.

Scope
• A run of consecutive comic strips (we can finalise the exact count together)
• One front-of-book cover that matches the strip style, ready for print and digital use
• Simple, bold inking only; flat colours or greyscale shading are optional add-ons we can discuss

What I’ll provide
• Finished scripts for each strip, including dialogue and basic panel breakdowns
• Character notes and reference doodles for the main cast: the two human leads and their plushie companion

What I need back
• Cleanly inked panels in high-resolution (300 dpi or better) PNG/TIFF plus layered source files (PSD or Clip Studio Paint)
• The cover in matching resolution, with space left for title logo and credits
• All files organized and named clearly so I can drop them straight into layout

Acceptance
A short test strip (one to three panels) will help us nail the line weight, character proportions, and those subtle anime touches before moving on to the full batch. Once that’s approved, the remaining strips and cover can follow the same look and feel.

If you’re comfortable blending that classic strip charm with gentle modern effects, let’s talk schedule and milestones—I’m ready to begin as soon as you are.

Open to suggestions on the strips and story lines changes:
Story line a kid that encounters have imaginary interactions with a plushy who happens to be himself from the future.
