Color Manga Comic Artist
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m preparing a new original story and I need a skilled manga artist to turn it into a full-color comic, somewhere in the 11-30 page range. The script, page breakdowns and key character references are ready; what I’m missing is your illustration talent.
Here’s what I have in mind.
• Style: true-to-manga line work with expressive faces, dynamic action, and cinematic paneling.
• Format: full color from cover to final page—CMYK files suitable for both digital release and print-on-demand.
• Length: we’ll confirm the exact page count once you read the script, but expect a mid-length one-shot (roughly the size of two standard manga chapters).
I’ll supply:
– Complete script with panel notes
– Character sheets and palette guides
– Any logos or sound-effect fonts I’ve already licensed
You’ll deliver:
– Pencilled layouts for approval
– Final inked pages
– Fully colored, lettered, high-resolution files (PSD or Clip Studio format plus flattened TIFF/PNG exports)
Communication over milestones works best for me: thumbnails, roughs, inks, then color. Please share a portfolio link featuring manga or anime-inspired sequential art so I can gauge fit quickly. If you’re comfortable using Clip Studio Paint or Procreate, even better, though any professional digital workflow is fine.
I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right artist—looking forward to seeing your work!
