A3 Charcoal Building Transformations

For an upcoming university presentation I’m compiling, I need six to eight A3-sized charcoal drawings that re-imagine a single abandoned building while remaining firmly rooted in realism. Each piece should feel as though the structure has evolved through time: subtle additions, period-appropriate materials, or partial restorations that speak to the site’s actual history rather than pure fantasy.

I will supply reference photos, brief historical notes, and a rough sequence of eras I’d like to highlight. From there, you’ll create clear, accurate charcoal renderings that capture texture, light, and architectural detail convincingly. Think museum-grade draughtsmanship—accurate perspective, coherent shadows, and believable wear—while allowing the narrative of the building’s past lives to show in each iteration.

Deliverables
• 6–8 finished charcoal drawings on A3 paper
• High-resolution scans (300 dpi or higher) ready for digital projection

The location is called Duffy house and was a former dairy farm so ideas I had were change structure to look like a milk carton or to creat cow shaped cutouts in the structures
