2D Cartoonish Character Illustration

I'm creating inclusive and neurodiverse affirming speech therapy material. I I'm looking for an illustrator to create a custom commercial-use character library for my resources. I'm looking for warm pastel palette, soft rounded lines, cute, inclusive. I need the clipart to include babies, toddlers, preschoolers, diverse parents and caregivers/educators, engaged in everyday routines (for example, reading a book on the floor face to face, blowing bubbles, pointing to a dog on a walk)) + AAC tools such as communication boards and communication devices on iPad.
