1980s Cartoonish Caricature Drawing

I'm looking for a talented artist to recreate a caricature pencil drawing of my sister and me from the 1980s. However, I want to update it by incorporating the faces of my nieces from a photo.

Requirements:
- Cartoonish and cute style - the original picture is pencil and one of us is a cancan dancer and the other a ballet dancer. See attached
- 1980s themed background with retro patterns, vintage objects, and fashion styles
