Cartoon RV Graphic Design

I'm looking for a talented artist to create a large cartoon-style graphic for the back of my RV. The graphic should be based on a photo I will provide. I also want to add the phrase "Let's Go Mayzie..." ( easy to read but fancy cursive writing) to the top maybe and my YouTube name of "follow me at....SouthernGirlsRVplace. This you can design what looks best.

Requirements:
- Cartoon style
- Photo as main focus with minimal additions
- Experience with large format graphics

Ideal Skills:
- Strong illustration skills in cartoon style
- Experience working with photos and integrating them into illustrations
- Ability to create large-scale designs suitable for vehicle application
