Artistic 2D Plan Rendering

I have a finished 2-D floor/site plan that now needs to come alive as a single, polished artistic rendering for an upcoming presentation. The goal isn’t photorealism or a plain schematic; I want a stylised look that highlights rich textures and materials while clearly expressing the overall shapes and forms of the design.

You will start from my clean CAD / PDF base (I’ll provide whichever format you prefer) and translate it into a high-resolution illustration suitable for print and large-screen display. Feel free to work in the software you know best—Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp + Photoshop, or any other workflow that can deliver a layered file along with the final flattened image.

Key points

• Emphasis on textures & materials and on strong, readable shapes
• Colour palette and general mood boards will be supplied the moment we start
• Output: one 300-dpi PNG or JPEG (A3 or larger) plus the editable layered source file
• Two minor revision rounds included so we can tweak colour balance or line weight before sign-off
