Anime-style Character Redesign

I would like to see the female character (Ezra) redrawn in the suit of Philip, the man with no face. Additionally, I'd also like her to wear black gloves. Her pose should have one hand on her waist while the other hangs beside her, as usual, with a slight smile on her face. The background should feature a nighttime cityscape. I'd also like the artist to emulate the general art style of the Project Moon games to make it feel as authentic as possible. Examples of Ezra (the blonde woman I want drawn in the suit) and Philip (the man in the suit) have been provided. Lastly, to prove that no AI was used in the creation of the artwork, I'd like a full video of the creative process." Further example's of the requested art style have also been provided.
