600 sqft House CAD Plans
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a single–level house concept of roughly 600 sq ft and I need it turned into clean, professional drawings in AutoCAD. I’m looking for both a detailed 2D floor plan and a simple 3D representation so I can visualise the space and share it with my contractor.
My notes already outline the general layout, but room dimensions are still approximate; I’ll provide sketches and a list of desired proportions so you can refine them to realistic, well-scaled measurements. The plan must show every key zone—living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, plus basic outdoor areas and utility placements—drawn to scale with walls, doors, windows and fixture suggestions.
To keep things straightforward, here’s what I need back:
• AutoCAD DWG (and PDF) of the final 2D floor plan
• A 3D model or isometric view generated in AutoCAD (or compatible software) showing wall heights and simple finishes for visual reference
I’ll review the first draft for layout accuracy, then give comments for a final revision. Accuracy, tidy layers, and clear annotation are essential so the files can go straight to my builder without extra cleanup.
