plans for a cattery

I am looking for an experienced contractor to help me plan, design, and build a new outdoor cattery. I have exact measurements in mind and want the cattery to provide enough space for multiple cats. I also need the contractor to consider options for protecting the cats from weather elements and for providing them with room for play and exercise.
