I need a drafting specialist

I am a Consultant in the Victorian (Australia) Motor car trader industry and I need to do plans for commercial premises to get planning permits from local councils so my clients can legally sell their cars from these factories and warehouses. Please check out the attached plans that I have had done before, I need to know if you can do plans similar to what I have uploaded to you. Most important thing is that you can do the cars in the floorplans, this is what the local councils are looking at.
