2d floor plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create 2D floor plans for our residential aged care sites. To begin with we are seeking the completion of 2 floor plans. We have 11 additional sites that we will seek to obtain floor plans for once we have identified a suitable designer (ie 13 sites in total).
We can provide scaled engineering diagrams and aerial photos of our sites to assist with design.
The level of detail required is a basic layout. We want to provide a simple easy-to-read site map to our residents and family members to assist with orientation to the site (similar to the maps used in hospitals, caravan parks etc)
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D floor plan design including adherence to style guide requirements, development of easy-to-interpret legends, etc.
Attached are plans of two sites (one single-story, the other double-story) plus aerial photos of those sites to provide information on outdoor roads, paths, plantings etc.
Also attached are 6 examples of floor plans indicating the type of look we are seeking - please note we want an emphasis on simplicity for the indoor plan - individual rooms can be indicated but we do not need doors, fixings etc to be detailed).
