Wooden Deck Replacement Plans

I need detailed plans to replace my small sized deck with a medium-sized wooden deck (200-400 sq. ft.) for permitting purposes. The plans should include railings and an ADA ramp. The current deck is 4'x20' and the new deck will be 12'x20' and extending away from the house. See attached photo of current deck. I'd like to remove the 2 interior post that hold up the roofline and replace it with 1 in the center (3 total post).

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in drafting construction plans
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with wooden deck designs, particularly for medium-sized decks
- Ability to incorporate additional features like railings and ramps
