Wood Shell Mill CAD Design

I have engineered a custom shell mill that will be mounted on a CNC router exclusively for cutting wood. To move forward with fabrication, I need a DWG file that captures its detailed structure—every pocket, flute, insert seat, and mounting interface must be modeled exactly as specified.

I can share my hand-sketches, key dimensions, and photographs of similar tooling the moment we start. Your task is to translate that data into a clean 2D/3D DWG that a machine shop can load straight into their CAM workflow. Surface transitions and radii must be smooth and accurate so feed speeds for wood remain optimal. No need for full production drawings with ballooned notes, but I do expect complete dimensioning of critical features (outer diameter, bore, insert positions) so the machinist has zero guesswork.

Deliverables
• Native DWG file with all geometry on organized layers
• Exported STEP or IGES only if it helps you communicate revisions (optional)
• One rendered view or screenshot confirming flute orientation
