Whole-House Joinery Cabinet Tender Drawings

I am seeking an experienced joinery draftsperson / cabinetry designer to prepare a complete, tender-ready joinery drawing package for a new residential build.
The documentation must be detailed and consistent enough that multiple cabinetmakers can quote on an identical scope (apples-to-apples) without the need for redrawing or assumptions.

Scope of Work
The drawing set is to cover all custom cabinetry in the following areas:
Kitchen
Living room / TV cabinetry
Laundry
Walk-in robe

The joinery package must include:
Plan views and elevations
Labelled 3D views for clarity
Exact cabinet dimensions
Internal configurations, including drawer-vs-cupboard breakdowns

Appliance cavities and allowances for:
Fridge
Dishwasher
Upright freezer
Washing machine
Any other built-in appliances noted
Bench heights, depths and clear notes on required clearances
Clear call-outs for materials, finishes and special requirements
Primary finish: laminate - polytec Boston Oak

PDF drawing set suitable for tendering (mandatory)
DWG files (preferred)
SketchUp (.skp) file if drafted in SketchUp (bonus, not mandatory)
