Warehouse Measure & Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need someone who can physically visit a warehouse property in Melbourne, VIC, take accurate measurements, and turn those numbers into a clean site plan. The job is straightforward: capture the overall footprint of the lot and show the exact size and location of the three existing sheds—just basic outlines with dimensions, no structural or landmark detail required.
I’m collecting this information as the first step in a renovation project, so clarity and accuracy are essential. A simple digital PDF that clearly marks each shed’s placement and overall site boundaries is all I’m after. You can work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any drafting tool you’re comfortable with; what matters most is that the PDF is scaled correctly and easy to read.
If you’re local, have your own measuring gear (laser measure or similar), and can turn around the drawing shortly after the visit, let’s talk.
