Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced CAD/Revit professional to produce detailed 2D drawings and a 3D visualisation for a small façade design task. This will serve as a test project, with potential for ongoing work on larger packages.
Task Overview:
The task involves visualising an insulated aluminium spandrel panel positioned above an արդեն designed corner window. The window drawings will be provided.
Scope of Work:
Produce accurate 2D technical drawings
Create a 3D model and provide a rendered visual (JPEG format)
Key Design Intent:
The window projects outward and forms a 90° corner using two glazed units
An insulated aluminium spandrel panel (~80mm thick) sits above the window
The panel must wrap continuously around the corner
Include a 20–30mm overhang beyond the window
Provide a 2–3° slope for drainage
Maintain a 5–10mm gap between panel and frame (sealed joint)
Drawings Required:
Plan View
Showing corner geometry and panel projection
Section Through Corner (Main Detail)
Full build-up including:
Spandrel panel
Support bracket/fixing (schematic acceptable)
Window frame
Sealant joint
Insulation within panel
Section Through One Side (Typical Detail)
3D Visualisation
Clear render showing panel in context
Deliverables:
2D drawings in CAD (DWG) or PDF
3D visual as JPEG render
No need to provide native Revit/model files
Additional Notes:
All elements should be clearly labelled
Build-up should be realistic but can be schematic where necessary
Accuracy and clarity are more important than over-detailing
