Villa 2D Plan Revisions
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a fully drafted villa layout in AutoCAD and a set of clearly marked-up PDFs that show the majority of the adjustments we need. I will finalize other changes through the adjustment process.
Beginning 14 December, I’d like an AutoCAD technician to work on a day-rate basis to convert the markups into a finalized, updated version of the current AutoCAD Files that I can share with our builder.
The scope touches various aspects (but not all parts) of the existing plan, specifically:
- Bedrooms & bathrooms
- Kitchen & utility zones
- Structural elements
- Windows & doors
- Garden
- Elevations & sections
Each day’s work should be returned as updated DWG files, along with a quick PDF plot, so I can review progress and sign off before the next round. Accuracy is as important as speed, and I need steady, daily momentum once we start.
AutoCAD expertise (or fully compatible software) is essential.
Please let me know your daily rate, typical daily output, and your availability around our 14 December kick-off. At this stage, we estimate two days.
