2D Vastu 40x80 Layout

I have a 40 ft × 80 ft residential plot and need a clear, fully Vastu-compliant 2D floor plan. The layout must organize four regular bedrooms plus a dedicated guest room while maintaining good circulation for living, dining and kitchen areas, optimal placement of toilets, and proper natural light and ventilation. North-east pooja zone, south-west master suite, and an auspicious main entry are essential.

Please position walls and openings so the design is construction-ready and easy for any local architect or contractor to follow. If you feel a compact study nook or a small media corner can be woven in without breaking the Vastu logic, I’m open to your ideas.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned 2D floor plan (PDF) showing all rooms, furniture outlines, doors, windows, setbacks and north arrow
• Editable CAD file (DWG or compatible) for future changes
• Brief Vastu justification highlighting entrance, kitchen, master bedroom and staircase orientations

Setback : Front 15, Back: 10 feet and north side 10 feet

Use AutoCAD, Revit, or any similar tool you are comfortable with, as long as the final files meet the above criteria.
