My 1,800 sq.ft plot is ready for design and I need a full set of drawings that a contractor can build from. The house will rise Ground + 3 floors with a usable terrace, and every space must follow strict Vastu while still feeling contemporary—I prefer a clean, modern furniture layout throughout.
The job covers everything from room placement to façade sketches:
• Dimensioned floor plans for ground, first, second, third floors and terrace, including walls, openings, column grid and modern furniture placement
• At least two 2D elevations (front and side) that echo the modern interior feel
• Key build-ready details—staircase, wet-areas, basic sections—so the structural team can work straight from your files
• A brief Vastu compliance note calling out orientation, room positioning and any remedies used
• Layered DWG files plus printable PDF sheets
