Vastu Aligned Floor Plan Design

I’m preparing to build my own home and need a clear, build-ready floor plan set. The plot measures 1,334 sq ft and I’m going up to G + 2 (ground plus two floors). I want a clean, contemporary look but every space must respect Vastu principles for orientation, light flow, and room placement.

Here’s what I’m expecting from you:

• Scaled 2-D floor plans for the ground, first, and second floors, laid out to maximize usable area while keeping the design unmistakably modern.
• Vastu compliance notes on each drawing (entrance, kitchen, pooja, bedrooms, water elements, etc.).
• A simple furniture layout so I can visualise circulation and proportions.
• PDF files for quick review plus the original source file (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) so my local engineer can make any structural tweaks.
