Urgent Two-Level CAD Plans

I have attached the base shell for a two-storey residential block and need two separate, to-scale vector CAD drawings turned around within the next 24 hours for planning-permission submission.

Shell & fixed elements
• Overall footprint: 30 ,360 mm (L) × 16 ,460 mm (W).
• Existing staircase and elevator positions must remain untouched.
• A 1 ,200 mm clear central corridor runs perfectly centred to the lift core on both floors.

Floor 1 – 1-Bedroom scheme
Ten flats total, five either side of the corridor. Each unit must reach a GIA of roughly 36.6 m², squeezing the absolute maximum from the floor plate.

Floor 2 – 2-Bedroom scheme
Optimise the remaining space for the greatest possible number of two-bed flats, each falling between 55 m² and 60 m² GIA.

Universal drawing requirements
• Modern-style windows distributed along every external wall serving habitable rooms.
• Flat entrance doors swing inwards (never into the corridor).
• All dimensions expressed in millimetres.
• Include a north arrow and graphic scale bar.
• Highlight primary materials as brick and concrete to align with the overall concept.

Deliverables (DXF/DWG + PDF)
1. Ground-floor plan to scale.
2. First-floor plan to scale.

Both files must be true vector outputs, cleanly layered and ready for direct upload to the planning portal upon receipt.
