Urgent 2-Hour Office Floorplan

I have a pressing need for a clear, build-ready 2D floor plan for a small G+1 office structure. The ground-plus-one framing will rely on iron pipes or C-channels, so I also require a basic structural layout that shows member sizes and spacing good enough for a fabricator to follow.

Scope
• Space use: an office layout with a clean, minimalist feel.
• Key zone: a bank of open workstations; everything else may remain flexible so long as circulation and egress are logical.
• Building envelope and columns will be simple rectangles—no complex curves or angles—so you can work fast.

Deliverables (within 2 hours of project start)
1. 2D floor plan for both levels in DWG and PDF.
2. Overlay or separate sheet marking iron pipe / C-channel positions, sizes, and connections.
3. One JPG or PNG export for quick sharing with stakeholders.

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions and grid lines clearly labelled in metric.
• Structural members aligned with walls or partitions—no floating columns.
• File opens cleanly in AutoCAD without missing references.
• Matches the minimalist reference sketches I will send it immediately after the award.
