Urgent Bathroom Demolition CAD Draft

I need a polished demolition plan for two small bathrooms turned around by tomorrow. You will start from my HomeStyler floor plan (PDF/PNG) where I have already highlighted the walls to be removed as well as the toilet and bathtub. Your job is to rebuild the drawing in AutoCAD, place everything on clean layers—DEMO (dashed and clearly labelled), EXISTING, and TEXT—and update the room dimensions exactly as I indicate.

Please insert a professional title block that carries the project name, date, drawing title, and my logo; I will supply the logo file right away. When finished, send back the native DWG along with a plotted PDF so I can review and forward to the contractor.

Acceptance criteria:
• All demo walls shown in dashed lines, tagged “REMOVE”
• Correct layer naming and colour standards as above
