Urgent AutoCAD 2D Drafting

I have a set of hand-marked sketches that must be turned into precise 2D AutoCAD drawings right away. Dimensions and notes are already defined; the task is to recreate them faithfully, employing proper layers, line weights, text and dimension styles so the file slots straight into an existing documentation package.
