Two-Story House Plan Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to move from ideas to a fully drafted two-story house plan and need an experienced residential designer to turn my sketches and notes into build-ready drawings. The finished package should cover both floor plans with accurate dimensions, window and door schedules, exterior elevations and a simple roof plan that a local builder and permitting office can understand at a glance.
Please work in metric, include room labels, and keep wall thicknesses and spans realistic for standard timber framing. A basic electrical and plumbing layout would be a welcome bonus, and if you can attach a few quick 3D perspectives or a walkthrough, that will help me visualise proportions before we lock everything down.
Deliverables (PDF + editable source such as DWG or Revit):
• Ground-floor and first-floor plans at 1:100
• Four exterior elevations
• Roof plan
• Door/window schedule
• Optional: 3D views or renders
