Two-Story Garage and Screen Porch Addition
Budget: $500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking to add a two-story garage, a screened porch, garbage/recycling can arrea and some architectural details to my property.
* Garage: Looking to add a third garage that is scaled just slightly smaller (height and depth only) than the current scale of the house, there is an example. I don't need to huge pass through from the current garage, but maybe an opening the width of the two existing windows. Second floor would open into existing finished space above current two garages (FROG).
* Garage Sheds: We want to add a shed above the two existing and the new garages to make that elevation move interesting and also provide some rain protection.
* Garbage/Recycling: We would like to add a pad and surround to house our two garbage cans, something that looks like the house.
* Screen Porch: Trying to maximize the existing patio size, but clearly there are issues with the existing windows/house to make that make sense. Attached two AI generated images for fodder, but we want a vaulted ceiling
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in constructing two-story structures and enclosures over existing patios.
- Proficiency in electrical work for garage service, and outdoor heatilator/fans.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations for SC
