I have a clean 30 × 20 footprint and a clear vision: a contemporary two-story home that feels open, bright, and efficient. The ground-level layout should flow naturally for everyday living while the upper floor maximises privacy and light. Within these constraints, I need a well-balanced room arrangement, circulation that makes sense, and thoughtful placement of stairs, windows, and storage so every square metre earns its keep.

Please consider practical construction methods common to contemporary design—simple structural lines, generous glazing, and minimal wasted corridors. Natural cross-ventilation, smart orientation for sunlight, and provisions for future energy-efficient upgrades will be highly valued.
