I need a full set of working drawings for a two-storey residential build. The package must include accurately layered floor plans for both levels, a clear staircase section, and comprehensive door and window schedules that cover dimensions, placement, materials and finishes, as well as how each unit operates.
Please prepare everything ready for permit submission—PDF sheets for quick review and the editable DWG files for my records. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable BIM platform, that fits perfectly with the rest of our documentation flow.
Attach a portfolio that shows similar residential projects so I can confirm your drafting style aligns with mine. Once I receive the sample set, I’ll share existing sketches and site particulars so we can agree on the final sheet list, layering conventions, and naming standards before you begin.
