I’m finalizing plans for a residential house and need a clear, well-proportioned floor layout sketch for both the ground and first floors. The property is a two-storey house, so the drawing should show accurate room sizing, wall placements, circulation paths, and the main structural elements (stairs, windows, and doors).
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Ground-floor and first-floor layout sketches, delivered in PDF and the original editable file (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or a similar tool).
• Room labels, basic dimensions, and an indicative furniture arrangement so I can see how the spaces flow.
• A simple legend or key for any symbols used.
I’ll share overall plot dimensions, my preferred room list, and a rough hand-drawn outline once we start. Your sketch should reflect good space planning principles, natural light considerations, and functional circulation between rooms.
