Two-Level Floor Plan Revisions
Budget: $30 – $50 AUD
I have an existing 2-D commercial fit-out plan spread over two levels that now needs a round of concept-stage tweaks before it accompanies a grant application. The core drawing is already complete, but several elements have shifted in our brief, so I need a skilled drafter to:
• modify the current layouts on both floors
• adjust dimensions so everything scales correctly after the changes (output must maintain accurate scaling for rendering software compatibility)
• reposition the stairs, elevator and a handful of rooms while keeping circulation logical
I will supply the PNG & DXF along with mark-ups that show the new stair/elevator locations and room moves. Your job is to return one updated plan set in either print-ready PDF or image format (PNG), reflecting every change cleanly and to scale.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. All requested moves shown precisely where indicated.
2. Updated dimensions matching the revised grid.
3. No broken walls, overlaps or annotation errors in either export.
Because this is still a feasibility package, speed and clarity matter more than construction-level detail, but line weights, labels and room names must stay consistent with the original drawing so reviewers can compare versions easily.
