Two-Floor Duplex 2D Plan

I need a clear, scaled 2-dimensional floor plan for a residential duplex that rises two storeys. I already know roughly how the spaces stack, but I need your professional touch to turn those ideas into a presentation-ready drawing.

The job is straightforward: take my sketches and measurements and draft a clean plan that shows every room, wall thickness, door and window locations, and overall dimensions. A few basic furniture blocks for context would be helpful so I can judge circulation.

You may work in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or any comparable drafting tool—just be sure the final files export smoothly to both PDF (for quick sharing) and DWG or DXF (so I can hand them to a builder).

Deliverables

• One PDF per floor at 1:100 or similar readable scale
• The editable source file (DWG/DXF)

I’ll review against the original brief: room count, correct dimensions, legible annotations and consistency between the ground and first-floor layouts. Once everything aligns, the project is complete.
