Two-Family Village Floor Plan

The task is to draw a clear, single-story floor plan for a village plot whose exact dimensions are in the attachment. The house will be shared by two brothers, yet each family needs its own fully independent zone—bedrooms, a kitchen, and bathrooms—while still enjoying a common open space and a parking area everyone can access.

I prefer a layout that feels simple and practical, guided by basic Vastu principles where possible. If you see an elegant way to place the entrance toward the east or keep the kitchen toward the southeast without compromising usability, please work it in; if the plot makes that tricky, suggest the next-best arrangement.

Core deliverables (all required within 3–5 days):
• 2D floor plan showing both families’ areas, the shared open space, and parking
• Files in DWG and PDF formats, created in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or comparable CAD software

Make sure every room is labeled clearly and the drawing is scaled so I can hand it straight to a local contractor.
