Interior Designer / Space Planner needed to optimize the layout of a townhouse under consideration for purchase.
Main challenge: the property does **not have a proper living room** and requires a functional solution within the existing layout.
Scope of work:
* Create a functional living area within the current space
* Improve overall layout and flow
* Maximize natural light and sense of openness
* Optimize use of limited space
* Improve storage and furniture placement
* Integrate and enhance the patio area if possible
Requirements:
* No structural changes (no moving walls), except very minor adjustments if absolutely necessary
