Transfer SCE Artifacts to DWG Site Plan

Hello,
I need SCE artifacts from my precise pdf grading plan transferred to my dwg site plan.
All footages for underground service runs are provided. Please include all notes and routings.
These plans share the same dimensions/scale but configured differently.
Note: the precise grading plan does not cover anything past the edge of property where it meets the cul de sac but the dwg site plan does.
I’m providing the SCE details on a separate plan to be added to the site plan.
Note: on the pdf grading plan, SCE is requiring I remove the meter/globe location at the transformer location and move it to the service panel location on the guest house.
