Traditional Residential Floorplan Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to pin down a clear, build-ready floorplan for a new home and need your help translating my ideas into a traditional layout. The scope is limited to the core shared spaces—living room, dining room, and kitchen—so the drawing should focus on how these rooms flow together while still maintaining the classic separation and symmetry typical of traditional homes.
What I’m looking for:
• A to-scale 2D floorplan that highlights walls, doors, windows, and circulation between the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
• A clean PDF for easy printing plus the editable source file (DWG, RVT, or similar) so I can pass it straight to my architect or builder.
• One round of revisions included to fine-tune dimensions or layout tweaks once I review the initial concept.
If you already work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or a comparable tool, that fits perfectly. Send along a quick note on your typical turnaround time, and feel free to attach a sample of past traditional residential work so I can see your style. I’m ready to move ahead as soon as I find the right match.
