Traditional Home Blueprint Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have a clear floor plan and exterior elevations for a traditionally styled home. What I now need is a full set of construction-ready blueprints produced directly from those drawings.
Scope
• Translate the supplied sketches into accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, foundation and roof layouts—enough for my local building department to sign off.
• Interior detailing is not required beyond the overall floor plan; no room-by-room décor or cabinetry plans are needed.
• All work must be delivered as clean, well-layered CAD files so my builder and engineer can make any future adjustments.
I will provide the existing PDFs/hand sketches as soon as we start. Please work in standard DWG or DXF, keep line weights and layering consistent, and include a simple title block that I can update with local data.
