Traditional Farmhouse CAD & Renders
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am refurbishing an old Austrian farmer’s house and need the existing layout captured accurately before any design work begins. You will receive a high-resolution PDF scan of the original ground-floor plan plus current interior and exterior photos.
Your first task is to redraw the ground floor as an accurate, scaled 2D plan in a broadly compatible CAD format (DWG, DXF, or similar) so it can be opened in the major platforms without issues.
Once that base is complete, I also need a full 3D model with photorealistic renderings that respect a Traditional Austrian look and highlight the key elements I plan to keep or re-introduce: wooden beams, stone walls, and generous windows that pull in natural light. Exterior and a few strategic interior viewpoints are enough for this stage; I mainly want to visualise volume, materials, and how the light falls through those larger openings.
Deliverables
• Clean, layered CAD file of the ground-floor plan
• 3D model and at least four high-resolution renders (two exterior, two interior) showing the features above
• All source files so I can adjust or hand them to local engineers later
Please base dimensions strictly on the scan, flag any ambiguities you spot, and keep the model optimised so it can be opened smoothly on a mid-range workstation. If you need anything beyond what I have supplied, just let me know.
