I'm in need of help to create the standard drawings for a residential renovation permit application in Raleigh, NC. The project involves:
Adding 3 feet to a half bath and to 11 linear feet of bedroom wall, which will be taken from the adjacent garage space. A 3x5 shower will be added in the new bathroom space. A knee wall and floor framing will be added in the garage to match the existing floor height.
Seeking someone familiar with permit drawing details. Can be done by hand or computer, as long as requirements are met. Please provide examples of similar drawings you've completed.
