Traditional Apartment Measured Floor Plans

I need clean, accurate floor-plan drawings for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that includes a kitchen and a patio. The plans must be traditional in style and fully dimensioned so every wall length, door swing, and window placement can be read at a glance.

Please work from my rough sketch and room notes (supplied once we start) and translate them into a scaled plan set. Metric or imperial is fine as long as the scale is stated. The finished files should arrive in both PDF for easy viewing and the native CAD format (DWG or similar) so I can edit later if needed.

Acceptance criteria
• One overall apartment floor plan, including the patio, with clear linear measurements
• Room labels and basic symbols for doors, windows, and plumbing fixtures
• Traditional graphic style—think classic line weights and hatching, no minimalist monochrome look
• Output at printable A3 or ANSI B size with scale bar, north arrow, and legend

Turnaround within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you need a little longer so the dimensions remain precise.
